Does anyone know if I can change my financial aid from one institution to another? I refer to the Pell grants and loans?

I attend a university Online, I started to change my mind about this school (UAI). I want to get my associate degree in medical billing. With the UAI I can not have a doctor Billing and concentration. I know that is where I want to use my title. There is a school in my surrounding area, but also provide a billing program Medical Associates, and also offer online courses as well, (in fact in line because I am without transportation at the moment). I wanted to know what is possible for me to move my loans to this school of the Alliance Israelite Universelle?

Jump to http://fafsa.ed.gov and click on "Add a school code" and add your new school. This FAFSA will send information to them. Then call the school in a week or two and ask them what they need from you before they can get aid there.
